WM CHAIR
2025
Mexico City
The WM Chair arises from the search for a balance between industrial precision and artisanal sensibility. Its design explores the relationship between structure and lightness, creating a sculptural language that plays with geometry and negative space. The piece challenges the perception of volume and matter, achieving a strong yet ethereal visual presence. It is an investigation into formal purity, where each intersection and each line responds to a precise intention.
WHAT IS IT?
A steel chair that combines functionality and artistic expression. Its structure is composed of defined lines that generate a visual play of solidity and lightness, evoking a sense of dynamic balance. It is both a utilitarian object and a design statement.
HOW WAS IT MADE?
The WM Chair was developed from a design process that combined technology and craftsmanship. Made of stainless steel, its structure is the result of precision cuts and meticulous assemblies that highlight the intrinsic beauty of the metal. The search for impeccable execution allowed each surface and each ion to dialogue with light and space, enhancing its sculptural character.
