The concept of “Skyline Vista Bistró” arises from the idea of capturing the essence of big cities: their dynamism, architectural diversity and the coexistence of iconic elements such as tall buildings, parks, markets and museums. This design reflects the vitality and creativity of cities, bringing it to a unique gastronomic space that is part of Millesime GNP, an event that combines luxury, gastronomy and design.

The chaos of the city leads us to seek spaces of contemplation and serenity, we want to leave the bustle of the street to escape to the top of a building in search of the perfect view of the horizon, a horizon that guides us and subtly delineates the future. As we climb we think of each floor, each cubicle where a story happens, and I have always wondered what is the story of that light on?

This restaurant on the top floor of a building in an imaginary city was created thanks to the sum and collaborative work of many people, who taught me and tell me that the Future is not individual, but together.

WHAT IS IT?

An ephemeral VIP restaurant of 200 m² designed for Millesime GNP 2023, with capacity for 300 diners, distributed on 13 tables.

WHAT IS IT FOR?

To offer an exclusive dining experience in a sophisticated setting that celebrates design and haute cuisine.

HOW WAS IT DONE?

The restaurant was set up in 3 days, with the participation of different sponsors to ensure that everything was ready before the opening of the event. The collaboration between teams and the integration of modern visual elements were key in the creation of this ephemeral project.
